✅ Eligible for Return/Refund:

Damaged during delivery
Incorrect item received
Missing pages or misprint issues

To be eligible:

Include your Order ID and clear photos of the damage or issue

If approved, we will:

Send a replacement, or
Issue a full refund, based on your preference

📬 You may be asked to return the original item. Return shipping is covered in eligible cases.

📥 Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, Pooja Guides, NFTs)

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on:

E-books
Digital downloads
Pooja course materials
NFTs or spiritual collectibles
